Beyonce's Story
Beyonce can’t wait to fall “Crazy in Love” with you! This delightful “Diva” may be shy at first due to her visual impairment, but she quickly grows to love anyone who spends time with her. “Listen” to her cues on walks and she will be happy to follow along by your side, especially in quieter areas. Beyonce is housetrained, crate trained, and content to spend time alone - but loves snuggling up to her people when they come home “At Last.”
Are you Beyonce’s new family? If you put in the effort, you will quickly find yourself making an “Irreplaceable” bond with this sweet girl. Beyonce prefers to make friends with older children and adults who use their voices to communicate with her, as body language can be tricky for her to interpret. This “Spirit”ed pup will do best in a home with no cats and would need a careful introduction to any resident dogs. She’ll happily be your cuddly companion “Until The End of Time!”
Meet Beyonce
Welcome to our adoption event – Rescue Together, A Citywide Adoption Event – taking place on October 18th and 19th. Rescue Together is a community adoption event hosted by PAWS Chicago in partnership with Chicago Animal Care and Control (CACC) and will include various local rescue shelters aimed at finding loving homes for more than 100 homeless pets in one weekend.
Over the past 28 years, PAWS and CACC have worked together to combat the homeless and at-risk pet population of Chicago.
This event will take place at PAWS Chicago Lincoln Park Adoption Center and CACC. PAWS Chicago will be waiving fees for select animals, CACC fees will be waived for the event and other local shelter fees will vary based on their pricing.
This dog is currently in a foster home. If you are interested in adopting please follow the below steps:
1. Start by taking our ComPETibility Quiz to make sure they’re a good fit for your home. Your ComPETibility Score will help you compare your home to each pet’s needs!
2. After completing your ComPETibility Quiz, you will be emailed a link to complete your Adoption Application.
3. After finishing the adoption application, complete the Adoption Inquiry Form! Once this form is submitted, our Adoption Team will take a look at your adoption inquiry and reach out within a few days.
