Sally's Story
Sally is a young and spunky girl with an all star personality! She loves walks and playtime but she’s also content to curl up beside her human pals. Her foster reported Sally loves stuffed toys and she will play on her own. She’s got no objections if you want to join the fun! Sally was described as "curious, super smart, and cuddly" by her foster. She can be a bit nervous in new places and she hopes for a patient family in a quiet neighborhood. Sally brings so much charm and love, she wants to be the only pet in the home. She’s loving her life in foster and is ready to plant her paws somewhere for good!

Meet Sally
Welcome to our adoption event – Rescue Together, A Citywide Adoption Event – taking place on October 18th and 19th. Rescue Together is a community adoption event hosted by PAWS Chicago in partnership with Chicago Animal Care and Control (CACC) and will include various local rescue shelters aimed at finding loving homes for more than 100 homeless pets in one weekend.
Over the past 28 years, PAWS and CACC have worked together to combat the homeless and at-risk pet population of Chicago.
This event will take place at PAWS Chicago Lincoln Park Adoption Center and CACC. PAWS Chicago will be waiving fees for select animals, CACC fees will be waived for the event and other local shelter fees will vary based on their pricing.
This dog is currently in a foster home. If you are interested in adopting please follow the below steps:
1. Start by taking our ComPETibility Quiz to make sure they’re a good fit for your home. Your ComPETibility Score will help you compare your home to each pet’s needs!
2. After completing your ComPETibility Quiz, you will be emailed a link to complete your Adoption Application.
3. After finishing the adoption application, complete the Adoption Inquiry Form! Once this form is submitted, our Adoption Team will take a look at your adoption inquiry and reach out within a few days.
