Edison's Story
Edison is currently enjoying some time in a foster home, but he won't be there forever, so if you're interested in fostering him, please look at the steps below! Edison was recently returned after his family could no longer care for him, and he's understandably stressed in the shelter. Though he's hearing impaired, he learns very quickly with hand signals and treats! This very good boy would do best in a quiet, low-traffic home where he can decompress from the stresses of the shelter. He's currently working on "sit", "watch", "touch" and "spin". Given how smart he is, he'll master them in no time!
How to Foster Edison:
New fosters can take the first step by learning about fostering and completing the Foster Care Application. Veteran foster parents can email acfoster@pawschicago.org to schedule a pickup appointment.
Edison is available for foster pick-up through the Adoption Center at 1997 N. Clybourn Ave.
